International Education

Baishan School offers an international curriculum spanning K–12, seamlessly integrating the strengths of global education with the solid foundation of Chinese learning. Centered on interdisciplinary courses, we are dedicated to cultivating global citizens with curiosity, empathy, confidence, and an international perspective. Our curriculum combines academic rigor with experiential learning, emphasizing active inquiry, collaboration, and exploration, allowing students to construct knowledge through real-world experiences.

At Baishan School, students have the opportunity to engage in truly interdisciplinary programs, including the IPC (International Primary Curriculum) in Grades 1-6 and IMYC (International Middle Years Curriculum) in Grades 7-9. Here, subjects such as reading, writing, mathematics, science, social studies, physical education, art, music, and drama are seamlessly integrated around a central idea. During unit-based learning, students apply their knowledge and skills to address real-world challenges and develop innovative solutions to global issues, contributing to the betterment of society and the world.

*Note: Baishan School is currently a candidate for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) and will offer a Pre-IBDP Program in Grade 10 and the IBDP in Grade 11 in 2026-2027, pending a successful IBDP Authorization visit in spring 2026.

Our goal is not merely academic achievement, but the development of character. We strive to cultivate students into knowledgeable and reflective citizens who embody integrity, honesty, empathy, resilience, courage, curiosity, and balance. By nurturing these core attributes, learning at Baishan School leaves a profound and lasting impact, preparing students to become future leaders with a global perspective.
